Grantmaking and Research Intern
You will work on a range of issues related to grantmaking in the fields of experiential and STEM education, marine plastic pollution, coastal restoration, and technologies and best practices to advance ocean health and address climate change. You will interact closely with 11th Hour Racing staff members and engage with a wide range of grantees and be given responsibilities based on experience and skills.
You will work with our small in-house sponsorship management team and will get hands-on experience related to delivering and activating sport sponsorships. In addition to the weekly schedule, you will need to be available full-time from approximately July 10-July 19 to assist with delivering a particular sponsorship event.
The internships are hourly, paid part-time roles in the 11th Hour Racing offices; final schedule to be agreed between intern and company. The internship can be taken for course credit as well if the student so desires. These positions are based in Newport, RI.
