Lilly Anderson

Lilly is the Sponsorship Coordinator for 11th Hour Racing, where she ensures her team remains well-organized and operates efficiently in pursuit of their project goals. Lilly has always been drawn to the ocean as she has never lived more than three miles away from the shore while residing in Massachusetts, Maine, and Rhode Island. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Marine Affairs and spent the last decade working in Newport working across various organizations within the maritime community. Through these experiences, Lilly was able to deepen her commitment to ocean health, advocate for sustainable practices, and develop a strong foundation in responsible ocean stewardship.

Prior to joining 11th Hour Racing, Lilly worked for the City of Newport, first with the Harbormaster and secondly with the Planning Department where she gained relevant knowledge that will be used in her new role. Lilly is beyond excited to join the 11th Hour Racing team to work with our partners and further increase her skills and knowledge towards the advancement of our ocean’s health.  

When Lilly’s not working, you can often find her at Second Beach with a good book or enjoying time outdoors—whether hiking, kayaking, or simply exploring the coastline.
