The report from the 2015 cleanup provides a brief history of the cleanup that started in 1986. The report includes a recap, by country, of how many people participated, the distance of beach cleaned, the weight of trash collected, and the number of items collected. It also includes data on the top ten items collected globally, as well as some weird finds that include a boomerang found in Germany. There are also sections on Science, Partnerships, and Looking Ahead. To read the entire report click here.
